X-ray fluorescence Analysis.

X-ray fluorescence provides elemental analysis for elements from Na to U at sensitivities of ppm to % levels and with proper standards can be quantitative.   Detection levels increase with atomic number.  The system can handle liquids solids, solutions and slurries. 

We have also developed a number of techniques for surface analysis of solids and for concentration of trace elements in aqueous solutions.

Our Thermo Kevex Omicron instrument has the capability of analyzing particles down to 50 um and mapping with a 50 um line or area resolution.
